The decor is beautiful, put together with great taste. The apartment is warm, bright and really pleasant to live in. But what makes the difference is the host: thoughtful and incredibly responsive. An ideal base for a medium or long stay in Paris.

The apartments are let on a medium-term furnished lease, from 1 to 8 months, with no renewal. It’s the ideal set-up for a work assignment, a training course or a period of transition. For a stay of just a few nights, only La Mouffe is available as a short stay.
Everything happens here, with no middleman and no agency fees: you choose your dates, create your account and pay the first month’s rent (or the whole stay for a short stay) by card. Your card is only authorised: nothing is charged until I have confirmed your booking, usually within 24 hours. For a monthly stay, I then send you the lease to sign online.
Everything: electricity, water, heating, fibre Wi-Fi, building service charges, bed linen and towels, and full kitchen and cleaning equipment. The advertised rent is what you pay, with no extras to budget for.
The medium-term furnished lease is for people in professional training, higher education, an apprenticeship, an internship, civic service, a job relocation or a temporary work assignment. One supporting document is enough. If you are unsure about your situation, write to me: I will look into it with you.
You can view the apartment in person, or by video call if you are outside Paris. The check-in inventory is done together when I hand over the keys, or you can check in on your own if you arrive late. You have my direct number for the whole of your stay.
Yes, everything can be done remotely: you book and pay online, and for a monthly stay the lease is sent to you for electronic signature as soon as I confirm your booking. Have ready an ID card or passport, proof of your situation (enrolment, internship agreement, assignment letter or employment contract) and proof of income or funding. A viewing by video call is possible before you commit.
Yes: the signed lease serves as proof of address as soon as your booking is confirmed, even before you arrive. It is often what makes it possible to open a French bank account, submit a visa application or register with official bodies. The electricity and internet bills stay in my name: you have no contracts to set up.
From Paris-Charles de Gaulle (CDG), the RER B takes you without changing to Gare du Nord, a few minutes’ walk from L'Indigo and Le Cosy (10th), or to Port-Royal, near La Mouffe. From Orly, metro line 14 goes straight to Saint-Lazare, a stone’s throw from L'Écrin and Le Nid (8th). The arrival guide sent before your stay describes the route right to the door.
Not in every building: several apartments are on the 6th floor of a Haussmann building with no lift. This is stated on each listing, and I would rather say so clearly before you come than when you arrive with your suitcases.
