From booking to keys in hand
How a stay works
Two paths, depending on how long you stay: a few nights as a short stay, or a monthly stay of one to eight months. Either way, everything is arranged directly with me, with no agency — and you know in advance what to expect.
Four steps, no documents to sign. You book, you pay, and you let yourself in — self check-in from 3 pm, check-out by 11 am.

You choose your dates
The calendar on the site is synced with Airbnb: dates shown as available really are available. You select your check-in and check-out dates, and the price appears straight away.

You pay for your stay
Everything happens here, from your account: you pay for the whole stay by card, cleaning fee (€60) and service fee (2%) included, shown before you pay. Your card is authorised, not charged until I have confirmed: you then receive the confirmation by email, and the dates are blocked.

48 hours before: your check-in instructions
I email you a self check-in PDF specific to the apartment: the exact address, the door code, the intercom, the floor, where to find the key box — all with photos, in French and English.

You let yourself in
Key box on site: arrive whenever you like from 3 pm, with no appointment, and leave the apartment by 11 am on check-out day. I can be reached by email throughout your stay.
Need to arrive earlier or leave later? Write to me, and I’ll confirm depending on availability.
A medium-term furnished lease is a proper rental contract: it requires a signature and a check-in inventory. Nothing is charged until I have approved your application, and everything is signed online.

You book by prepaying the first month
Your card is authorised, not charged: the amount (first month’s rent, €60 cleaning fee and 2% service fee) is simply put on hold by your bank. If I don’t go ahead, the authorisation expires on its own and you have paid nothing.

I approve your booking
I check that you are eligible for the medium-term furnished lease — training, internship, work assignment, job transfer… one supporting document is enough. Once the booking is confirmed, the amount is charged.
If I can’t go ahead, nothing is charged and I’ll suggest other dates or another apartment.

I send you the lease and the check-in inventory
Two documents by email: the medium-term furnished lease, lasting one to eight months with no renewal, and the apartment’s check-in inventory, backed up with photos.

You sign the lease electronically
Sign online, from your phone or your computer. No paperwork, no appointment.
This is a requirement before arrival: I can’t hand over the keys to an apartment whose lease hasn’t been signed. -

You arrive and let yourself in
Self check-in with a key box, from 3 pm (check-out by 11 am at the end of your stay). The bed is made, the fibre internet is on, the utilities are connected.

You sign the check-in inventory
Once you’re there, you walk round the apartment and sign the check-in inventory.
If you notice anything I hadn’t recorded, just send me photos: I add them to the document before signing. It protects you as much as it protects me.

The apartment guide is waiting for you
A printed booklet, left in the apartment: the Wi-Fi, the letterbox and the intercom, the water supply and the fuse box, the bin room and recycling, the Smart TV, good local addresses, and check-out instructions. In French and English.
The documents you receive
Nothing is left to chance on the day: two documents specific to each apartment, sent before arrival or left in the apartment.
Ready to choose your dates?
Five addresses in Paris, in the 5th, 8th and 10th arrondissements. Each apartment’s calendar is up to date, and I reply within 24 hours.
